Welcome

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Historic Stage Lighting Collective (HSLC).

By joining HSLC, you are helping to preserve the technology, equipment and stories that have shaped stage lighting while supporting the future development of our nationally significant collection.

Who can become a member?

Membership is open to anyone who shares an interest in the history and preservation of stage lighting. We welcome lighting professionals, theatre practitioners, community and amateur theatre volunteers, collectors, historians, students, researchers, and anyone who simply wishes to support the work of the Historic Stage Lighting Collective.

Membership Fee

Annual membership is £20 per year.

Your membership directly supports the work of HSLC, including collections care, research, conservation, education and public engagement.

Membership Benefits

Members may enjoy:

• Priority invitations to selected talks and events.

• Access to member archive open days.

• Regular HSLC news and updates.

• Opportunities to become involved in the work of HSLC through volunteering and other activities.

• The opportunity to support the preservation of stage lighting heritage.

Your Membership

Membership normally lasts for twelve months.

We’ll contact you before your membership is due for renewal.

Ending Your Membership

You may end your membership at any time by contacting HSLC.
